Online shopping should not be difficult, this is why we have defined a simple set of policies that guide how we do business so that you know what to expect.

Product safety and suitability for children

A range of our products have been specifically designed for your little ones, to help them learn and grow. Whilst these are made for kids, they are not toys and must only ever be used under adult supervision.

Turnaround time

The turnaround time for our standard products that we offer in our store is 1 week. This starts from the moment you place your order with us until we despatch it with our delivery partner. Delays due to delivery are not something that we can control, but it is something we mitigate the risk of by partnering with reliable providers.

For custom and bulk orders, these times will be discussed as part of the project kickoff.

Refunds, returns and exchanges

The first thing to note here is that if you EVER have an issue with a product that you have purchased from us, please reach out to us immediately. We will always work with you to see what can be done. Given that the products we sell have been specifically tailored to your requirements, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges on these goods.

If you receive a product that has been broken in transit, again, please reach out to us as soon as you see it. We have a very limited window to report these issues with our shipping partners as damaged in transit. Let us know what has happened and we will work with you to resolve it.
